Failed on day 3
Stopped giving readings on day 3. The app just showed an error. Support said it might be a positioning issue but I followed the instructions exactly. Very disappointing for the price. Will not be buying again.

The sensor started peeling at the edges after just 6 days. I tried the overlay patches but it still came off completely on day 9. For a sensor rated for 15 days this isn't acceptable. The readings while it lasted were accurate.

Sensor started showing intermittent errors on day 8 with no clear cause. The app just showed a generic error message. Support were helpful and offered a replacement but the experience was frustrating given the price.

Spent over two hours trying to connect the sensor to the app. Tried everything in the manual and watched the support videos. Nothing worked. Customer service offered a replacement but I've lost confidence in the product entirely.

The sensor works and readings are generally accurate once it's settled in. The app navigation took some getting used to but I've got the hang of it now. The warm-up time is a bit frustrating but overall I'm happy with it.

The adhesive caused significant itching and redness for me. I had to remove it after 4 days. I know this isn't everyone's experience but if you have sensitive skin it's worth being cautious. The readings while it worked were fine.

Had high hopes based on the reviews but my sensor started giving error readings at day 10 with no explanation. Support took 4 days to respond but did offer a replacement. The concept is good, quality control needs work.

Had two sensors that were significantly off from my finger prick tests — sometimes by 3–4 mmol/L. That's too large a margin for me to feel safe. May have been a bad batch but after two in a row I'm not confident enough to continue.

The sensor itself is good but the app on my older Android phone loses connection regularly. I've missed a couple of alerts because of this. For something that's supposed to keep you safe, the software reliability needs to be better.
